Testimonial - A.S. In a letter to his doctor,From: A.S., (age early seventies)Rodney County, Auckland, New Zealand.

Since starting Ibsacol, I am better now then I have been in the past 40 years.

In 1957 I had a lower bowel operation at Auckland Hospital which left me with chronic diarrhea with as many as 12 bowel motions daily. At first I was prescribed a jelly-type form of medication taken several times daily, along with a special diet. In later years I was prescribed Imodium.

After a stint in North Shore Hospital, my medication was changed to Colestid and Imodium which I took three times daily -- this cut the bowel motions to about 5-6 times daily. Later, the Colestid was cut out and Imodium replaced with Dicap.

In September, my doctor gave me Ibsacol capsules to try to be taken four in the morning, four before evening meal, and four on retiring. It began to work quite quickly and soon I was able to discontinue my other medication.

After seven weeks on Ibsacol, there is less urgency and the bowel motions have been reduced to three with some stools partly formed. These bowel motions are always and only in the morning and I am now fine until the following morning. I feel good and have a general sense of well-being.

I feel better than I have in the last 40 years.

Thank you.

A.S.
