FAQ

HOW TO USE IBSACOL:

IBSACOL is a dietary supplement, not a medication

IBSACOL is easy and affordable to use and you do not need to change any other product you are taking until you experience benefit. We always recommend consultation with your licensed healthcare professional.

IBSACOL comes in vegi-capsules that are flavorless, easy to swallow and non-gelatin, guaranteed free of any animal product.

Suggested starting loading dose is four capsules three times daily for the first four to eight weeks, according to your symptoms. This will cost approx. $1.80 a day for this period only.

After this, your costs should reduce to less than $1.00 a day, according to your individual health improvement as you are able to decrease your daily dose to suit personal on-going requirements. And many customers report saving money as their need reduces for other supplements etc.

After several months, the daily dose and corresponding cost may be decreased further again. You will maintain taking Ibsacol as a food supplement for the proper nourishment to prevent symptoms re-occurring. You will adjust your own dose to sustain your new well-being. Our research suggests on-going doses vary from one to nine capsules daily.

Ibsacol is made up of two saturated fatty acids and should be considered as part of usually recommended daily fat consumption. For example, each 4 capsule dose of Ibsacol for IBS diarrhea contains 1.4 gms of saturated fat, for a daily total at 12 capsules a day of 4.2 gms. Daily recommended total consumption of saturated fat is approximately 20 gms.
