HOW TO USE IBSACOL:
IBSACOL is an effective safe dietary supplement for the treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
It is recommended that the diagnosis of Irritable Bowel Syndrome be made by a health professional prior to commencing treatment.

The recommended daily dosage of IBSACOL is variable depending on the type of IBS: –
Diarrheal type – an initial loading dose of three to four capsules taken three times daily is suggested. As symptoms improve (less bloating, diarrhea, cramping and urgency) the number of capsules can be reduced to 3 caps x 2 daily. Allow up to 6 to 8 weeks for the loading dose to stabilize symptoms before reducing the number of daily capsules.
Constipation type – start at 2 capsules x 2 times daily. As IBSACOL contains two saturated fatty acids this should be included in the recommended daily consumption. Each capsule of IBSACOL contains 350mg of fatty acid.

Please note: IBSACOL is not recommended for use in:
» Inflammation Bowel Disease such as Ulcerative Colitis or Crohns disease.
» Liver disease such as arthritis and include fatty liver.
» HIV positive.
» Pregnant or breastfeeding mothers.
» IBS sufferers that have had their gall bladder removed.
» Those who have had a vaccination within the last three weeks or if you will be having a vaccination within the next 6 weeks.
